Memory Garden

The project "Garden of Memories" uses VR technology to recreate the Kalk Central Road of Cologne as a virtual garden. In the workshops, participants can engage in this project using the Oculus Quest 2 VR glasses and the Tilt-Brush software. 

The intention of this project is to create a new form of exchange through imagination, creativity, and the joint design of public space. It focuses on diversity and related cultural memories. Participants bring to life memories of their hometowns, childhood landscapes, plants, and environments in virtual reality. By visualizing these memories, they make them tangible and share them with each other, creating a shared vision. 

프로젝트 '기억의 정원'은 VR 기술을 이용하여 쾰른의 Kalk 중앙로를 가상 정원으로 재현합니다. 

워크샵에서는 참가자들은 Oculus  Quest 2 VR 안경과 Tilt-Brush 소프트웨어를 사용하여 가상 현실에서 이 프로젝트에 참여 할 수 있습니다. 

이 프로젝트의 의도는 상상력, 창의성 및 공공 공간의 공동 디자인을 통해 새로운 교류의 형태를 창출하는 것이며 이를 위해 다양성과 그에 관련된 문화적 기억을 주제로 다루고 있습니다.

참가자들은 가상 현실에서 기억속에 있는 고향이나 어린 시절의 풍경과 식물, 환경에 대한 기억들을 그림으로서 그 기억들을 현실화 시키고 그것들을 서로 공유하며 공통의 비전을 만듭니다.
